The Market by Buon Appetito was born of co-owner Daniela Caniglia’s European travels and passion for food.
As she made her way across Europe and the rest of the world, Daniela began to understand food at a deeper level than before. Old-school ingredients and standards were beginning to attract attention in the foodie scene. The new cutting edge was a blend of the hearty and the haute: lamb chops, oxtail, venison, oysters, truffles, caviar, bottarga, and pate.
In 2009, co-owners Salvatore and Daniela Caniglia and partner Antonino Mastellone put their experience together in their new gourmet market, The Market by Buon Appetito. Offering the best in personally selected gourmet groceries from Italy and other culinary centers all over the world, The Market by Buon Appetito lets shoppers bring a taste of authentic Europe into their own kitchens.
